Candles are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want.
Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. The Power to B provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items.
All eligible, unworn, unused items you would like to return for a full refund to your original payment method must be sent back to the Power to B distribution center within 30 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on.
A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. If you have misplaced your shipping label, you can request a replacement pre-paid return shipping label by clicking the button below.
